5-Minute Cake-in-a-Mug Recipe!

My mom helped us make this new recipe for dinner dessert! It is SO much better with some peanut butter chips too...

MUG BROWNIE

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Water
Handfull of Chocolate Chips
Mug
Microwave

Add sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt to the mug and mix. Then add the water and oil and mix thoroughly (make sure you get all the dry mixed with the wet). Microwave on high for about 1 minute. You may have to do it a little longer or shorter depending on your microwave. The brownie should still be wet in the center when done. Let cool for a bit and enjoy! (Add a scoop of ice cream for more yumminess).

Test of the Email Posting System

I have email posting hooked up now (I think) so that when I send this email to a certain address it is supposed to post it straight onto my blog! This could be really nice so that I don't have to log into blogger (that can take a long time to load) when I am on a slow computer on vacation or something! 

This is just a test to see if it will work.

I remember when I started this blog. I was so excited, and yet clueless, about how to do it!!
I have learned so many new things, and I hope that you have learned some new things about me and have found a new friend!

Happy Halloween 2009!

Happy Halloween!! I am going to be a pioneer this year! I hope to post pictures maybe tomorrow or tonight. It is very cold, and 20 MPH winds are at my house! I am still going though. My sister Sophie has a friend coming who is going to bring a dog which Fred, Flopsy and I are not that excited about, but oh well. I will hold out for as much of the two hours as I can so I can have lots of candy to show all of you!!!

Birthday Parties!

Birthdays!! A couple of weeks ago, we went to my cousin Maddie's house to celebrate her birthday!

Emily (Maddie's older sister) and Sophie

Maddie got some cool gifts, including a set of telephone walkie-talkies for her and her sister Emily to use! I hope you had a great birthday Maddie! I would also like to announce that the winner of my "Find the Littlest Pet Shop" contest a while back is EMILY! She did a great job and found almost all of the animals!

The second birthday that we have celebrated was on last Friday. This was my great aunt Elaine's birthday, and we made a cake/dessert for her! She is turning one I think she had a great birthday, and I hope she enjoyed her gift!

The last birthday we will be celebrating for a little while is my mom's. It is October 22, on Thursday. I hope she has a great birthday too!
